President
“I believe that if our clients trust us enough to work for them, we owe it to them to be more than just a traditional printer. It is our duty to add value to each and every project to help them achieve their needs. That’s what sets us apart from other printers.”
Steven is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology with a BS in print and business management. He is a member of the SERV Behavioral Health System, Inc. Board of Directors. He is also a member of the board of advisors for NAQP and is on the District staff for Rotary district 7510 and Princeton Rotary.
Steven brings over thirty-five years of printing and marketing experience to Harwill. When his parents opened up their Sir Speedy shop in 1973, a young fourteen year old Steven started assisting and learning some of the printing and bindery operations. He continued working for his parents straight through High School. After Graduating from RIT he continued to add to his already extensive knowledge by working for a Trade Shop and then a large magazine company before re-joining his parents in 1987 to eventually become the President of Harwill Express Press. He oversees the day to day operations and sets the direction and tone of the company. Steven has a rare talent for being a strategic thinker, which is a great asset to Harwill’s clients.
When not at work, Steven spends quality time with his two daughters Nicole and Kate. An avid kayaker and self-professed beach bum, Steve loves the water and when on dry land he enjoys gardening, cooking and wood working.
